Help

Well , Second time posting a blog on this site but from surfing around it , I really really like it , what an awesome motivational tool , anyway , here is my problem , I recently broke my ankle in fact the permanent cast was placed on yesterday and will be on for the next 6 weeks . I need some help  with excersises that I can do in the interm of the 6 weeks that I cant walk much - I do have a walking boot on but I cant use my treadmill , stepper , or even take the dogs for a walk until this comes off - Any good ideas I would be extremely gratful

    You can do a lot of upper body exercise. I’m sorry about your injury.

    Can you have someone pick up some hand weights for you? There’s a lot you can do for your upper body until your ankle heals.

    You can do bicep curls, shoulder exercise, chest presses, skull crushers for your tricep….the important thing is not keep moving.

    I wish you the best and keep on with that fighting spirit. Until you heal and can exercise, really watch watch you eat.
